Wrong myth about how many links should we build per day?

I would like to inform, some people believe that I should build only few links per day otherwise Google is going to penalize me , but I believe if you build good links from authority sites in bunch, Google is not going to hurt you, if I am wrong please correct me.

I agree with you, but if you've very new website then you should start link building slowly for few weeks but later you can pick up the pace.

That true but I think we should show variation too in link building strategy.

There is no threshold, I mean you need not be too hung up with the count...So long as your linkbuilding strategy is organic enough i.e you are building links with your own hands, you need not worry at all....Search engines do not mind organic links (regardless of the velocity at which they are built).

if you will build good links from authority sites in bunch, than dont you think google will suspect why authority sites are linking you in bunch and why authority sites only, and if links are naturally build there are less changes that only authority sources are linking that

If the site is new then go slowly towards the link building is the best idea but don't forget to build quality links. Building quality links on the regular basis with the help of good content based, high pr and niche site will help to get traffic as well as quality back links toward your site.
