According to me there are many techniques on working on off page optimization.Here i define some off page techniques. They all are define as below.
1) Do forum post
2) Blog comment
3) Article submission
4) Directory submission
5) RSS Feed
But, always keep in mind, do all this technique in proper way. Always use white hat seo.
