Need Tips submitt to DMOZ

3 week ago, myblog already sumbitt to DMOZ, but until now im try to search at DMOZ not found, anyone can tell me how the tips that myblog approved by DMOZ?

You should wait for 3 months. Since we are submitting to Dmoz and many other directories for free, it is not a guarantee that they will accept our submission and they said that they are going to take a long time. Dmoz is pretty popular and I believe lots of spammers are filling up their emails. They really need time to sort them out.

The best way to deal with this issue is stop worrying about they are going to accept it or not. One backlink from one directoties won't give you much traffic nor SEO advantages.

Go submit to 1000 other web directories. Or at least 500 if you want to rank well and get more traffic. Although my site is pretty good (at least that's what I think), my submission got rejected on almost 70% of the web directories. This is normal and all you have to do is go for quantity!

DMOZ rejects spammy/MFA sites, affiliate sites, sites without unique content and my personal pet peeve, SEO competition sites.

it's a human-edited directory. Therefore quite hard to spam into.

According to the guidelines, the "title should identify the site, not describe it". The title should be informative and concise. If the site belongs to a business then the official name of the business should be used as the title. See the guidelines for more specific Here are some examples of titles from the website.

* not all caps
* the first letter of each word should be in capital, except for articles, prepositions and conjunctions
* do not use the URL as the title
* no punctuation marks or unnecessary symbols
