A keyword may have more than one, number of word in a keyword is called two word keyphrase, three word keyphrase and so on...

Health mean one word phases.
health benefit mean two word phases.

If you are using two word in your targeted keyword then it's two word keyphrases, if it is three word in your targeted keyword then it's three word keyphrases and if you are using four word in your targeted keyword then it's four word keyphrase.
