pappukumar is right you should search for dofollow blogs list in Google ,there are many site which will provide you list of good dofollow blogs.

You can use CommetLuv Global Search to find blogs that allow comments

I think the only way that you can find out is by checking the links of your competitors. That's the easiest way to do it, I guess?..
