If one thinking for latest updates and facebook hackers are really advance and they have proved that facebook is not really secure in nature. But still people can save there privciy if they follow pricy policy of facebook and no hacker can hack the account.

I don't think its really SAFE. Although, I must say, it has improved a lot and now it's not so easy to hack any account and even create one.
