It is important to maintian a healthy keyword density or it may result in keyword stuffing. You should avoid repeating keywords as much as possible.

Since search engines, especially Google, have moved from the on page optimization aspects to the off page realms like counting the links pointing at the websites pages, so even if on a page tens f keywords are repeated nothing would happen and such things are no longer considered to affect the rankings or traffic shares of the domains in any way online.

Keyword stuffing can be thought of as spam and it also looks untidy.

There is a restriction in adding keywords in content as well as, in title or meta description and it should not exceed the limitation otherwise, Google will not get much preference to it
