Default how far seo tools are useful?

there are many seo tools are available but how far seo tools are useful to improve quality traffic??

You can’t judge a tool without actually using it. Some are really worth using while some worsen your problem by their inaccuracy.

SEO tools are useful but depending entirely on them is a waste of time. (this is where human intelligence comes in)
I am not aware of any tool which increases traffic but you can search for free tools on the internet.

Yes, seo tools are useful in that case (easy to task), with a time can collect/know search analysis many thing, I don't thing always those are going true.
