c. 5 Directory Submissions a day
d. 2 forums Profile building a day
e. 2 Articles Submission a week (3 articles directory per submission)
f. 1 Web 2.0 Property creation a week.
g. 2 Blog Directory Submission a day
h. 2 RSS Feed Submission a day
i. 2 blog commenting a week.
j. 1 Press Release a month
k. Social Media Optimization – As usual

Nice list. But I don't think most starters can have a so comprehensive resources list at the beginning. 3 - 5 kind of link building methods would be fine for starters, building list takes time.

Very first of all you need to focus on on-page optimization of the site. After the complition of on-page you can start with the off-page optimization.
Start with bookmarking and than directory submission. After these two you can use forums, blog posting, article submission and all the other technique known to you.
