In Yahoo siteexplorer, what feed URL should I submit?

I would like to ask that if I have sitemap-index.xml, sitemap.xml and sitemap-1.xml, what should be the feed URL, which is to be considered for submission? The submission of all these is considered as beneficial in the case of Google webmaster tools. Do you think that the same idea is going to work well with Yahoo? I have a website that is quite big and around 20 sitemaps where each one of them encompasses about 500 URL’s and this is the only way to move. Do I need to submit all the 20 sitemaps or would it be enough if I submit one? What is your view on this?

Hi,
I think you go with sitemap.xml for submission in google webmaster tools.

Any url about which you want to check about, site explorer was about checking site's backlinks.
