Why Google not cash my site for a long time . I have do all types of seo activity on it .

First correct the spelling, its cache not cash. Submit your site on Google and get some good links from quality sites.Your site will be cached soon.

You can help your website via building links for that, the ones coming from quality sources and use the primary keywords as anchors. Addition of fresh contents to your site too can be among useful solutions to name in here. I am assuming you mean cache.

Have you check your logs to see if googlebot has even crawled your site yet?

If it hasn't been crawled, it won't been cached.

Work on getting a few good quality backlinks. Never submit your web site to the search engines. Let them find you on their own. Putting a Google+ button on your page helps speed things up.

I believe that SE submission is a good practices ; why some people are saying here that do not submit in search engine .

If your site not index from so many time then edit your home page title and content, Google will pick your new data soon.

I think you must check with your website content, also check index meta tag it should index and follow, also check your robots.txt file for blocking google robots .
