you can generate sitemap.xml for your website at xml-sitemaps dot com and you can submit the path in Google Webmasters.

Sitemap are the guide which helps both human user and bots to navigate the site easily. There are basically two types of sitemaps that is XML site maps used by bots and HTML for human.

Yes sitemap is important factor for search engine indexing the web pages of the site. html and xml site map both are best for users and search engine.

A site map is a list of pages of a website which is used by crawlers or users. Generally sitemap is created in two types:

1. html sitemap
2. xml sitemap
