Change in IP address
I will be moving my sites to another webhost for good. My site transfer means a corresponding change in my site's IP address. Does the IP change have any effect on my site's Page Rank?

As long as the domain and rest of the things are same there should be no change in page rank whatsoever. Having said that, you should ensure there is little or no downtime which could hurt your SERPs ratings.

I do think it affects your page rank, think twice before you do so,
Its hard to regain pagerank after you have set the site correctly.

Shouldn't make any difference
As long as you are simply moving the site completely from one host to another, and all of the file structure remains the same, there should be no effect whatsoever. Page rank and other rankings are based on the domain name, not the IP, unless you are actually using the IP address to reference any of the site's pages, rather than the domain name. Changing the domain name would have an effect, but not the IP.

You are not making change in content of website so you don't have to worry about any change in Page Rank, just try that your site will not remain down for longer period of time.

It will not affect your page rank, but you have to sure that the transfer don’t take too much time as you site may be down for some time and it can create some temporary loss of ranking in the search engine results. Other then this, you don’t have to worry about the page rank loss.

No, it will not effect your page rank at all. Google looks at the website address for PR, not the IP address.

I think there is SOMEHOW, not very sure with it, but in my opinion it will affect your page rankings. it will affect if you have backlinks on same IP, the weight it gives will lessen... that's how it will somehow affect.
but if you change completely your domain, definitely there is a big change.

I am totally agree whit this statement: as long as you are simply moving the site completely from one host to another, and all of the file structure remains the same, there should be no effect whatsoever. Page rank and other rankings are based on the domain name, not the IP, unless you are actually using the IP address to reference any of the site's pages, rather than the domain name.

There is no difference in your sites IP you can change it on daily bases but don't change your websites link structure and permalinks, it will make huge damage to your site if you don't do 301 redirects

If the changes are local it will probably not affect anything related to your website. For example, assume your current website is hosted by a US company and then after some months you move to another service provider again in the US so it will not change anything. The country specific IPs are very important these days.

I am agree to al the above said. IP address concern only about your computer and its location on the internet. Nothing concert about your site's Page Rank?
