What Happen to Google ?

Have all off you see this after all updation in site Google don't indexing the website? my website crawl last time on 19 the Nov now still waiting.after all i have done for my website.

I don't quite get what you're trying to convey to us.

I guess that you are talking about problems with pr after kast Google's update.
So I recommend you not to be in panic and just wait for the result in some days.

You can use “fetch as Googlebot” feature of Google webmaster to index your website faster. Do social bookmarking as it makes indexing easier.
In addition to it,
-Check for robot.txt file (remove disallow)
-Check for noindex tag (spiders don’t crawl it)
-Submit your Sitemap to SE’s
-Make your internal linking good
-Ping SE’s

This is just due to the updations, lot is changing in Google day by day, I do not think there is anything to worry.

Google take time to crawl website.. Be patience

The Google updates and indexing rate is only depends on the updates in website and also Google need to increase ranking of only quality website because Google need to offers relevant and quality search results of internet user.

It means that you haven't done enough work for the site and that's why you have no changes to the page rank.
