Keyword density is a factor, which effect your ranking, Page rank. Keyword density is the ratio, how many time you use your targeted keywords in your web page. It is standard 3%-5%. If you use more then the limit, your content come in Keyword stuffing and it is a black Hat SEO technique and search engines don't allow to use it.
