Results for my site are not stable

I am working for a site www.greenacresresort.biz. The keywords "kodaikanal hotels", "hotel in kodaikanal". The positions for these keywords are fluctuating frequently from today morning and couldn't find a stable result.

It happen due to updation from Google . or may be this is only happening when you are not targeting your keyword properly. Just generate the maximum quality bakclinks for this keyword.
