you can use the robots.txt file for it with following code;

agent:*

Spiders can be blocked from indexing your pages by
-Robot.txt
-Use of ‘noindex’ meta tag

If you have got something on the site,which you want the search engine crawler should not index it then just put a robot.txt file but it will stop search engine crawl ,other then crawlers, it can be accessed by other source.

As others said you can make use of the robots.txt to make the page or url not indexable by Google. You can also make that page as an orphan page to make search engines not to crawl that page.

Robots.txt is the only way by which you can tell the search engines which files to crawl or which not..

I think for that you should have to create ROBOT.txt, by which we can allow crawler to which page should have to crawl or not.
