we all know and notice that google is very strict now for spamming, and other techniques so what are the latest seo strategies to avoid google panda penalization? We all know that Article Submission are now low value after google panda update unlike before that it is one of the most amazing and the best techniques that we used, but now its lower value. So what do you think the best techniques that we must used?
I read the social bookmarking submission are still effective, followed by quality content posted on different blogs sites or we called it link wheel. Press released i think has a good value, directory submission that we used to get tons of backlinks are so poor value on latest SEO. Any advice and tips to everyone here so that everyone must aware of what kind of techniques they must used..

I think after Google panda launch try to use unique and fresh content on site at every pages also try to update blog frequently because Google loves updated sites,. try to increase quality back links instead of quantity back links.

Mine is a greenhat SEO. I will focus on creating more natural links that's why it is called GREENHAT (Got that term from a blogger)

Haha, greenhat, good term. I agree with most of the points stated, but one thing no one has said is there signature rule has changed.
If you have more than one link coming from any one source link google frowns upon it because it doesn't look natural.
So if you have a forum signature that has 3 links and google sees 100 backlinks from that forum going to all 3 of the same sites it looks very unnatural which Google considers to be spammy.
