You can try paidforumposting.com service if you need to generate as much as possible traffic to your sites.. My personal experience proves that these guys are superb.. they do their job that is based on quality.

I think it only possible if you write low competitive keyword and unique article.

sure but the odds are slim and it will be tough to find a school to even give u a chance.If u see my name in the paper winning the lottery when even tehn you might have trouble.Don't give up though odds are slim but it can be done

As far as i think it is not possible to optimize a website without doing any link building. Link building is the key of search engine optimization. So, i can say it is impossible.
