Fb likes doesn't have any value in terms of your site ranking, the number of likes/comments and share does gives you exposure on FB platform only but not in search engines. And if you have a FB page then only your FB page could be ranked upon the the number of likes/shares and comments. This is because Fb doesn't allow bots to penetrate into the user data to evaluate the authenticity of users engaged on you FB page.
As far a Google+1 is concern then it does send social signal's as a part of ranking signals for your site and same goes with digg and stumbleupon.
