PR won't increase by FB and +1 directly, but combination of more traffic and unique freshly updated content will.
Also +1 like eshaa83 said will put you up in Google.

Face-book and Google+ both are social networking site. Through this we can increase our website's traffic. As my mind it is not helping to get page rank.

When a page has a lot of likes, it would seem popular from a user's point of view. The number of likes of a page is not a factor, as far as the PR. It might help drive traffic to a page if you are targeting the right market.

Fb likes doesn't have any value in terms of your site ranking, the number of likes/comments and share does gives you exposure on FB platform only but not in search engines. And if you have a FB page then only your FB page could be ranked upon the the number of likes/shares and comments. This is because Fb doesn't allow bots to penetrate into the user data to evaluate the authenticity of users engaged on you FB page.

As far a Google+1 is concern then it does send social signal's as a part of ranking signals for your site and same goes with digg and stumbleupon.

They will attract more visitors towards your website but do not play any role in boosting up your page rank.
