only Css website navigation is seo friendly and don`t try to use java for website navigation it is not seo friendly

Navigation is the way how you present your links to your internal pages of your site like link for about us, contact us, services etc should be arranged in easily access manner.

Also from SEO point of view you should design your site in a way that your page content come first and then the navigation. For this you can place your content in 2 columned table with content in first column and navigation on right hand side.

Site navigation are the most essential qualities of a good place, effective and interactive. Unfortunately, many people focus on the aspect of a website, at the expense of shipping. See, a site could have the best products and / or services in the world, could have the best, but if the navigation is bad, then it would be useless because there would be visitors wanting to visit the site.
