Scripts for Email opt in

Does anyone know where I can find a free script for an opt in section on my page? Also how do I go about embedding it into the site? . ..I'm a noob at this. Thanks for any help.

if you code in PHP, the script is easy.

First you need to identify what optin you have, aweber, 1aw or other?

They provide optin code ( generated ) as xhtml or javascript.

IF you have custom optin code, ( stand alone ), then you need both html code and script ( php ) that handles the data to your email.
