Java is very tough to learn other than JAVA all languages are easy to learn and PHP is easier than all the languages.

I mostly prefer to go through c# which works great on winform and webform application. These help you to create fast and easy way to create the web application. I use the c# in asp.net as code behind language to develop the application over the web. It has many features which help the application for getting conserved the memory allocation and server side management using the state management overview.
