Affilate Tracking Script or Program

I need help/advise finding a script or program I can use to help me track several different affilate programs that I promote.

I know there has to be a program that can track -- affilate links, affilate login information, make comments, track clicks, and maybe even cloak the affilate link.

Hope someone can help, if this does not exisiting would someone be interesting in developing a PHP program that will do this. It's really simple to do this, especially the cloaking part. I know just what I need.

Welcome to the forums SergeF. Myonesource if you are actually looking for affiliate tracking software and still are looking for it, then I'm not sure if you have taken a look at the affiliate software section of this site yet. But anyway it has some information on different affiliate softwares.
