i like vb.net 2008 and c programming.c programming use on turbo c.

I like python too. I think we'll see a lot more python being used for different things in the future. It's so much easier to write correct, reliable code.
Performance is less than other languages, but for the most part it doesn't matter, really. And as new versions of python interpreters improve the speed, all python applications in the world run faster, so really I don't think the speed is that important an issue in most programs....

As for me I have no preferences in this question. but I have to say that I chose the language according to the goal of programming. Latest I've been using was PHP.

I have no favorites.
The most I use PHP, because of the work that I do.
I would like to be able to program in c + +, accounting software, video games. But the market in my town already overbooked and have no will to start new business from scratch.
