flash (script?) error "Content on this page requires a newer version of...

I am making a website with a flash introduction, and it works when previewing, but when i uploaded and ran it, this error came up:
"Content on this page requires a newer version of Adobe Flash Player."
I do have it - as it works in preview, and i have seen other people with this error but nothing i have found has worked.

the site is www dot adeebslandscaping.co.uk
on the first page.

i think it may have something to do with expressInstall.swf or swf_modified.js

thanks in advance.
