need help plse with link not working

Hi there;

I know this must be real easy for most people but I cannot get my link to work properly.

Instead of linking to a page itself, I want to link to a word or phrase on the page. You know when people link and they use this symbol # to link to a word on that page.

Can someone show me a link so I know how to do it plse. I am assuming there needs to be a link to the word and the word itself must need some sort of tag for the link to find it??

i know this can be done but i was only
aware that it could be done with forums

That looks viable monkeygoal - I had something similar but I see where the error is now that you post your code. Let me go try it out and I will post back whether it fixes the prob or not.
