Joomla is a great CMS. It offers several templates and free add-ons as well. With Joomla as it is an open source solution that is easily and freely available to people. It has good features and it is user friendly too.

According to me, joomla is the best CMS. Joomla is the most popular Website software. I would consider you Joomla, for sure based on my experience so far.

Joomla is a good way to manage your website, and for non techie people to make changes to your website.

If you know HTML, Joomla can still be a valuable CMS.
