Anyone a PHP programmer?
Hey,
I'm just wondering out of all of you people out there, how many are a PHP programmer? I am one and have been programming for about 1-1 half years now and I love it. You can also get paid jobs for it!

So Nathan, did anyone respond to this post yet? You can google "temporary webmaster" and find me near the top.

I'm also a programmer. I started learning html just over 7 years ago and then went onto other languages and programming. It can be quite hard for some to learn, but once you get the hang of it you can do much more with websites.
PHP and other languages are great to know, especially if you have a website. Also, you are right when you say you can get some good money from it coding for others.

I'm interested in renting a coder to make a modification to my store, so that a prospect can select from a menu of "cities" to see what I have there. What do you think it would ultimately cost?

I'm not sure, but have you tried places like scriptlance.com and rentacoder.com.
I've never paid for any coding/programming to be done and I've never done any coding or programming for any others. I just learned programming really so that I could build my own websites and that's it really. But saying this, I know that people can earn good from programming.
All you have to do is build one complete site and then sell it of the shelve to many for a small fee. That alone will bring in some good earnings.

- Or if you can keep your software and charge people for using it, like Bill Gates does.
- Or, allowing people to use the software while it stays on your server.
- Or doing the work for them and they get the bottom line or final results.
Did you ever read this article <censored> about affiliates selling your services? This article is so powerful that it has inspired me, the world's #1 "temporary webmaster" (google that) to purchase and begin using some "sales ads designer" software along with "magical headlines creator" type software to use on a Television site I webmaster at <censored>. It may give you some ideas that will stop you from wasting time sleeping 8 hours a night when you could be heading up a vast sales empire.
Who needs coffee when so many fantastic and potentially profitable ideas abound?

PHP Programmer too!
Hi
I'm a PHP programmer too. I started out looking for a server side language I could understand, looked at a PHP book in the bookshop, thought "I can understand this", and now 7 years later I've never looked back.
Brilliant language for scripting, though you do need MySQL and Javascript languge skills also.

I first seen a PHP script 8 years ago. I do not consider myself exactly a PHP Programmer, although I understand mucho of the language which helps me a lot for developing websites.
