Is php the type of language you use for login pages such as a blog so members can join?

ya u can use pHP for that but there are some security threats so suggest u to use JAVA it is very secured.

I'd just use php. Java can be excluded on the user side, so I do not know what this is safer ...

PHP server language and executed on the server without affecting the client ...
