Help with forms and auto-updating tables

Ok, this is kinda a strange question.

I was kinda wondering what the easiest way to make a multiple forms to publish on a website, then collaborate that data and have a table on a 2 separate pages be automatically updated after the data is submitted.

With the forms, there would be set numerical values for each answer, but then how would I go about taking the submissions of each form and adding them all up and adding it to a table?

having a hard time understanding what it is you are trying to do.

Do you have two seperate forms on one webpage, and want to collect the data from the specific form that was field and not the other?

Or do you have two forms, one form with a set of questions you want the answers to, another form that comes up after that you want the answers to, then dump the data into your database after both forms are submitted?
