After coding and building you site do you test it for validations such as html, xhtml and php. Is it important to check validations? There are many sites on the internet that offer to check validation. I found to errors on my site. I am looking for fixing it. What you think, please let me know?

Yes sure. Validations should be done for a good site.

I always validate my sites as they run alot faster with validated css/html and having your site load faster is well worth spending time on.
