Default Interested about C#

Hello Everyone,

I really would like to receive assistance from you. I am planning to develop my own application. I am not a skilled programmer and only worked with C and C++ but that is all. I decided to look around for sample programs and then found a site with loads of sample programs. They were developed with a software called Ozeki VoIP SIP SDK and in C#. I have not worked with C# yet. Can you help with this issue? How should I start working with the samples without the proper knowledge? Hope you can give me useful tips. Thanks in advance.

Because c# is easy to learn from other languages and it is a normal application.
In c# mostly steps are similar to c, c++ and java.

The C#/VB.Net SIG (Special Interest Group) is a non-profit, volunteer based organization aimed at helping all levels of computer users, ranging from hobbyists to consultants. The objective of the SIG is to provide a forum for sharing information and networking with those who work with C# and Visual Basic.Net. We invite programming professionals, as well as hobbyists, to join us every month.
Aside from the monthly meetings, we also communicate regularly via e-mail getting input on how to resolve various coding problems. The meetings are a great place to network and meet with others in the software industry. The group meets once a month, typically every 4th Tuesday, to discuss various topics related to C# and VB.Net. Meetings are free of charge and open to the public.

C# is a multi paradigm programming language encompassing imperative, declarative, functional, generic, object-oriented. It is best use to static website, dynamic and desktop web application.

I would like to say that C++ and Java are the most prominent software developing languages and both are used in Software Development.
