word press uncoded templates

I see all the time people selling uncoded templates for WP. I don't understand. What is the use of only getting a graphic of the potential blog.

How can you use these if there is no coding? Do you give them to a programmer to add the code?

I'm going to assume it is for people that just want a particular design and want to add all of the features themselves. I believe a lot of adult webmasters do this because they add a lot of other features into a Wordpress blog, such as a TGP gallery. It is amazing what I see some adult webmasters turn Wordpress blogs into.

I have seen myself some pretty impressive designs in the adult field as well. They say there is so much money there, they can afford the better designs and lead the way in technology.

They can provide you a design sample like a PSD then you can integrate your coding contents into that design.
