There are various action can be taken by your users between first visit and final purchase of the product on website. Below are some points which users may not like about your ecommerce website and may leave your website. So read below points carefully and make sure your website provide flexibility in different situation.

Don’t remind users for registration at every click he make success towards product purchase and if possible allow him to purchase without registering to your store and use detail filled at payment pages for future reference.

Don’t confuse your users with long write up of product information with purpose of better search engine visibility just provide necessary information based on which they can take the decision.

Keep updated inventory. Make sure that any product added in cart by users is not out of stoke otherwise it would be waste of time for both you and your users.

Shows the product category in which product are available and hide all those empty category which don’t have any product if you have category based product distribution on your website.

Don’t fill intro or home page with all the products you have, Just show most important products for which you want to have high revenue.

Give your users a way to review products and if someone gives negative review, try to resolve the issue as soon as possible with communication.

If there is any extra hidden cost presents like shipping or extra text, show it on first step in cart not at last step of check out.
