I am not a very creative person when it comes to graphics and designing. What I do is purchase a package of templates from people who do not require their copyright to be used.

There are some designers that will allow you to modify their work and call it your own. This way, I have somewhere to start and the design turns out much better than if I had tried to do it myself.

Even with the high costs of the templates, I actually save money in the long run because my time is saved.

Thats what I used to do but after I got better, It was became too redundant and much easier to start off with a blank page in photoshop. Another benefit of building from scratch is you dont have huge file sizes since the only code in there is needed.

Come to think of it, that is true what you say about the code. I noticed several times that there seemed to be extra code in my template that I didn't need. Not sure why it was there but many times I ended up deleting it.

Can you please give me the link where such stuff available? I am also poor at graphics. I need some nice design for my site. The theme I am currently uses force me to put link in the footer.

You can do a google search for 'buy graphics templates'. There are a lot of individuals as well as companies who sell these. What kind of design are you looking for specifically?
