You have to make changes in the PHP.ini file for this

just make changes in max_execution_time field

set_time_limit()

you can use this also for increase time limit

max_execution_time & max_input_time variables, you can set/change them in php.ini
If you want to remove the limit completely, you should set them to 0 (zero).
