Hello,
If I open a account from Malaysian friend with maleysian address and name, will this procedure mark as ILLEGAL??

I am from India, can you guys tell me if I can open Paypal account like this?

I can't send money from my paypal account so that's why I thought of this, but after taking such steps I thought to ask you guys..
