Method to verify indian paypal
hi fellow members .
I am from india and want to get my paypal account verified.
i have added my banking details successfully and its verified.
unfortunately when i tried to make a payment, it asked for credit card details which i don't have.
So i tried to add a VCC in the paypal. The VCC seller told me that it wouldn't work for indian paypal anymore as they have changed some rules.
Anybody knows method to get verified . I am not able to make payments due to this issue.
