Hello,
I am a personal paypal user. After paypal updates regarding PAN card, phone number, ID verification and Credit or debit card, I have done all the things to receive payments but the matter is I can't buy products or send money to my friends or partners.

Whenever I try to send money, it always asks for Credit or Debit card that I don't have and If I go for credit card it will cost me too much and I don't earn much money, so I am not able to get a credit or debit card..

So in this case, how should I transfer or send the money to my partners(both in India and other countries) or buy online products without having credit card attached..???

Would you like to suggest something or any other network which is strong and safe like paypal???
