I don't think that is possible, not in Australia where I live anyway. Are you basically wanting a credit card for use on the internet? If so you could try a debit card where you actually put your own money in the account and then use it as a credit card over the net.
On my country that is possible. You can apply for a credit card by using all your payroll/payslip/salary invoice to apply. I don't know if that was applied in your country but you can ask the company as well, they might offer such this. good luck.
