I just came to know that you can even verify your paypal account using a VCC. dont know how good that idea is but still its an option for those who dont want to share their personal info online like credit cards details.

Some credit card providers can issue virtual credit cards. These work like the real credit cards. One big difference though is that these VCCs are time bounded. They are like prepaid cards with expiration date and with your own desired credit limit. This is one way to combat identity theft.

I too have verified my paypal personal account using the Virtual credit card. I bought this VCC from my online friends. Some banks in India like HDFC bank offers VCC and anyone can use this card to do shopping on net or to verify your paypal account.

Yes. My paypal also already verified using this method. Its easy and i can verified my paypal easily and fast than i think before. And i also find a way how i can cash my paypal money after that..
