It will take time for mb to compete with Paypal because of the huge userbase that paypal currently have.
The advantage of mb is that it is available in far more countries than Paypal.

I choose MoneyBookers , because it has almost the same options as PayPal but it is international ! I know that it is know widely used but why should we risk with PayPal when there are other payment processors online

MoneyBookers is also a good payment system, but in my opinion Paypal is better since you can find more companies that you can pay via Paypal.

Actually you can use both in your capacity as a merchant or as a consumer. The limitations of Paypal in terms of accommodating international members can be responded to by Moneybookers.

Paypal has been on the business for long. Most of the buyers I find uses paypal rather MB. And it is hard time finding MB users whenever I need an exchange from MB to paypal. I think they should make a tie up and allow sending to paypal money

Paypal is the best internet payment processor
PayPal is an e-commerce business allowing payments and money transfers to be made through the Internet. It serves as an electronic alternative to traditional paper methods such as cheques and money orders. PayPal performs payment processing for online vendors, auction sites, and other corporate users, for which it charges a fee.Their corporate headquarters are in San Jose, California, at eBay's North First Street satellite office campus. The company also has significant operations in Omaha, Nebraska; Dublin, Ireland; and Berlin, Germany.
PayPal operates in 103 markets (including China) and it manages over 133 million accounts. PayPal allows customers to send, receive and hold funds in 17 currencies worldwide. These currencies are the U.S. Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Australian Dollar, Euro, Pounds Sterling, Japanese Yen, Chinese RMB, Czech Koruna, Danish Krone, Hong Kong Dollar, Hungarian Forint, New Zealand Dollar, Norwegian Krone, Polish Zloty, Singapore Dollar, Swedish Krona, and Swiss Franc. PayPal operates locally in 13 countries.According to PayPal's little-updated "About Us" webpage [3], "PayPal has received close to 20 awards for technical excellence from the internet industry and the business community at large - most recently the 2003 Webby Award for Best Finance Site and the 2003 Webby People's Voice Award for Best Finance Site."
PayPal is one of the few Internet companies with a single letter domain name in use.
Developers implementing larger PayPal projects will likely want to avoid using real money. PayPal has a "sandbox" version of its website geared towards such developers. PayPal has detailed developer information for all aspects of its API online in PDF form, as well as a developer community and a third party developer market.
All in all it is the highest recommended payment processor in the world of affiliate marketing.

FYI: mb charges are much lower compared to PayPal.
I've tried both and here's one advantage that I saw. PayPal is limited and exclusive to some countries. For instance, there are countries where PayPal is only available for sending money. I'm from Asia and if I'm an affiliate how will I receive my commissions through PayPal.
With mb, as long as you have a live bank account and you have verified your address everything works well, anytime anywhere. If you're a network you can assure your dependable and on time payouts to affiliates regardless of their location.

I rarely use MB's as most affiliate programs deal with PayPal and most shopping sites also have paypal as a payment method. I did use MB's around 2 months ago and I am quite sure that the person receiving the money didn't have to pay any fee's, it was the person sending the money that had to actually pay the fee's which is the other way around compared to Paypal. Although saying this, the fee's were very small compared to Paypal's fee's.
