Paypal is better, Because it is most popular service, I think you should trade real money for paypal money with someone who need money for paypal.

I don't know about xoom either but the point is there aren't many people using xoom so its actually pointless to go with xoom.

I have never used xoom might have to look into that. Paypal is driving me insane as of late they decided to make my account limited and I did allthe stuff and it is still taking them so long to grant me full.

I think that Paypal is the best as it is quite secure and also have a huge user base.If you are having problem with Paypal then you can go with Moneybookers which is a good alternative to paypal according to me.

Xoom is more of a remittance service provider. Paypal is a payment processor for the ecommerce industry. To transfer Paypal funds to your beneficiary, you can use Xoom . Funds can be picked up in your designated local bank or can be deposited directly to your account.

Both are best in their own things, they both are different. You can save your earnings with the Paypal. And when you want you want to receive the money or want to transact the money to your indian bank account you can use the XOOM services.
