Paypal hurting conversion rate?

I have paypal on my site, since it is free and pretty much anyone can use it. But when I look at my checkout page, something about the Paypal logo and setup just doesn't look as professional as some of the other credit card processing services.

Has anyone tested paypal vs another credit processor and see a difference?
