Of Course transaction fee pays an important role while selecting a Payment processor. Moneybookers is not bad but it has not that international acceptability like Paypal.

Paypal. Not a lot of merchants/people use Moneybookers so you can't use it all the time.

I use Paypal for a very long time now, I've never heard of "moneybooker" before, but I will sign up for it to see the difference...

Paypal for sure. Everyone uses it and it's pretty easy to use it. Though to be frank, I havent tried Moneybookers before.

I use PayPal. I am not familiar with moneybookers. My clients are also using PayPal. I am using it for almost four months now with you no problems.

paypal is best due to several reasons because we can add money through any site and we can buy anything through option of paypal.......

we cant add money easily on moneybookers so it is less preferred but moneybooker cuts fees very very less./

whreas paypal cuts lots of fees on transferring money.....

To set up a credit card payment system, you need to have a merchant account at a bank, it will serve as an agreement between you, the merchant bank and payment processor for the settlement of credit card and/or debit card transactions.
