Of Course transaction fee pays an important role while selecting a Payment processor. Moneybookers is not bad but it has not that international acceptability like Paypal.

I use both PayPal and Moneybookers. my country doesn't support PayPal. I transfer money to Mb form PP and withdraw to my bank account.

I use both, but well prefer Paypal. Been using Paypal the most for years now.

Paypal. Not a lot of merchants/people use Moneybookers so you can't use it all the time.
