So, when Paypal is not being operated in the Pakistan then how can get account in it. You would have to go for other resources.

you can register paypal easily. You just have to provide the some document for authorization.

If you have an existing credit card or debit card. It's pretty easy, get the necessary bank code then link your paypal account to your 'card'.

If you don't - you should open a new savings/ deposit account-but before you do so, ask the bank manager (you are interested in saving your money and...) if they are accepting paypal 'payments' (some local banks don't). I assume you know the top banks in your country, check their website- and search for 'paypal'.
