anybody using Axisbank e-wallet card for $ purchasing

Hi ,anybody using Axisbank e-wallet card for $ purchasing ?
I tried few months back this card at 2co.com but it rejected. is there anyone here using this card to pay on international sites like hosting successfully?
please share your experiences here.
