I don't think anyone would want to sign up when they are spending their hard earned money to promote their sites. Then get paid for fraud.

well actually most advertisers do it because it isnt that much money to do, to advertise and eventually they will get a few people that are interested in the product and will go along with it

So, just want to know more about this site. Its still paying until today or not? EHm..just wonder why many advertiser love to use some program like this site to advertise their site..

How about a screenshot of your pay outs to justify that the program really pays?. I for one would like to make sure you are not the admin or somebody else assigned as a cheer leader.

I have visited this site again and I have tried to make some offers but it eems that most of the offers are applicable only for international members. I think most of the ads in the paid to sign up offer are already been givin since way back. For now you could only found few applicable offer for international members.
