Hello All,
I am trying find CPA/CPL Networks comprised mostly of PPC publishers. Their traffic is amazing and rebills very high. Please let me know if you know of any.

The basis of CPC advertising is having visitors to your web site click the links presented to them by ads.
People are likely to notice ads, and click on ad links, only if the content of the ad is relevant to their current interests.

I know that ClixGalore has easily over 50 PPC Merchant programs listed within it, some paying well over $0.10 if I can remember correctly.

Lukads is an ad network that has both CPM and CPC, but most of the publishers ask for CPC ads, and that's why there are also more CPC advertisements in the inventory.
